Scope of Work:

Pre-Move Assessment:

• Client consultation to gather basic details:
  • Make and model of the bike and car
  • Vehicle conditions
  • Pickup and drop locations
• Scheduling the move at a time convenient for the client
• Selection of appropriate vehicle carriers (open or enclosed)

Vehicle Inspection and Documentation:

• Visual inspection of both the bike and car to record existing dents, scratches, or damages
• Photographing the vehicles for condition verification
• Document collection (RC copy, ID proof, authorization if needed)
• Completion of service agreement and inspection checklist

Packing (For Bike):

• Protective wrapping using:
  • Foam sheets
  • Stretch film
  • Bubble wrap
  • Corrugated cardboard
• Covering sensitive parts such as mirrors, indicators, and footrests

Note: Car packing is optional. Protective seat and steering covers can be used upon request.

Key Futures:

Loading Process:

• Bike:
  • Lifted manually or using a ramp
  • Secured inside the carrier using wheel locks, straps, and foam padding
• Car:
  • Carefully driven onto a hydraulic or flatbed carrier
  • Wheels locked and body protected with padding if needed
  • Secured using tie-downs and wheel chocks to prevent movement

Transportation:

• Vehicles transported from Saibaba Colony to Ondipudur, approx. 12–15 km
• Estimated travel time: 30 to 45 minutes, depending on traffic
• Route planning for minimal delays and safe handling
• Option for GPS tracking and real-time updates (if available)

Unloading and Final Delivery:

Handover completed with delivery acknowledgment and feedback collection

Vehicles are safely unloaded at the delivery location in Ondipudur

Final inspection conducted in the presence of the client
