• Detailed inventory of all household items, categorized by fragility, size, and packaging needs.
• Estimation of required packing materials, manpower, and transport vehicle based on total volume.

Packing and Labeling

• Use of premium packing materials: bubble wrap, stretch film, carton boxes, foam padding, and edge protectors.
• Special packaging for delicate items like glassware, TVs, laptops, kitchen appliances, and artworks.
• Clear labeling system to ensure organized loading, easy identification, and smooth unpacking.

Loading

Strategic placement of heavier and fragile items for long-distance safety and stability in transit.

Loading performed by trained professionals using proper tools such as dollies, straps, and trolleys.

• Use of GPS-enabled closed-body trucks or container vehicles depending on the volume of goods.
• Route planning and scheduling optimized for safe and efficient transport from Coimbatore to Chennai (approx. 500–550 km).
• Real-time tracking and regular updates provided to the client during transit.

Unloading and Unpacking

• Careful unloading of goods at the new residence in Chennai.
• Unpacking and arrangement of major items such as beds, sofas, appliances, and wardrobes as per client instructions.
• Collection and eco-friendly disposal of used packing materials.

Post-Move Services

Customer feedback collection post-completion.

Optional services such as AC and appliance installation, basic carpentry (bed/cot reassembly), and curtain rod fitting.

Final item check and damage inspection.
